Question, how do you go about adding color to the black and white?

I use layermodes in photoshop. After i have done my b/w sketch i make a new layer and set the layermode on "overlay" and paint in the colors. After that i use several other layers to add more color, saturation or whatever i need to have the colorbase done. I hope that answers your question.
